With over 18 years of international experience, Verena van der Heyden works on set as a hair and airbrush makeup artist, supporting TV productions, commercial shoots, editorial projects, and live events in Berlin and beyond.
As the volume of productions grew and team bookings became increasingly required, Verena founded her hair & make-up agency, Lash Production, in 2020 to meet the needs of professional film, TV, and advertising productions.
Since then, she has purposefully built a set-ready hair & make-up team of experienced artists and makeup designers who share her standards: high quality, reliability, and a respectful attitude on set – available in Berlin and nationwide across Germany.

TV
Lash Production plans and coordinates the Hair & Make-up Department for both one-day shoots and ongoing TV productions. We manage hair and makeup artists, structure on-set workflows, and ensure clear communication between production and the makeup team – delivering reliable results backed by proven on-set experience.
PHOTO
Through close collaboration with the photographer, we translate creative concepts into precise, camera-ready hair and makeup, focusing on an even complexion, a natural glow, and controlled hair texture for clean results on set. From subtle, natural looks to high-fashion and editorial styling, we adapt seamlessly to the visual direction of each shoot – without over-powdering.
EVENT
We develop the right look for every event hair and makeup requirement – aligned with outfit, theme, and lighting conditions. For stage appearances, we focus on long-wear, stage-proof makeup, ensuring presenters, talent, and stage guests look confident and fresh throughout the evening. For larger productions and live events, we can also coordinate a hair and makeup team or multiple on-set artists upon request.
COMMERCIAL
We create natural to creative beauty looks for commercial and advertising productions, both on set and on location. Working independently, precisely, and efficiently, we coordinate closely with the director, stylist, art department, and DOP to ensure that the hair and makeup, visual language, and overall look align seamlessly with the creative direction of the shoot.

I’ll then put together the right HMU set-up (single artist or team) and send a tailored all-in quote. Depending on your needs, you’ll receive 2–3 shortlisted options — or a direct recommendation for the best fit.

Lash Production works with a large network across Germany, assembled flexibly based on each project’s requirements. Instead of a fixed public roster, you receive a project-specific selection of artists based on your project briefing, budget, timing, and production requirements — transparently chosen to fit the job.
Can I book Verena van der Heyden directly?
Verena van der Heyden can also be booked directly — for individual bookings or as Key/Lead. If your production requires a team, or if she isn’t available herself, she will handle the coordination and assemble suitable hair & make-up artists from her network. Depending on your needs, you will receive 2–3 options to choose from — or her direct recommendation for the right team setup.
Do all hair & makeup artists offer airbrush makeup?
No — airbrush makeup is a specialization and not every artist offers it. If airbrush is required for your project, please mention it in your request so I can plan accordingly. Currently, I can offer airbrush makeup artist mainly in Berlin and Frankfurt, depending on availability and project requirements.
Are any additional agency fees added “on top”?
The agreed rate is an all-in calculation: it already includes all relevant services and cost components — both on the client side and on the artist side. Organization, coordination, and project management are included in the total as well. There are no additional agency fees added “on top” after the rate is agreed. This keeps terms transparent, fair, and in line with market rates.
Can I book Lash Production across Germany — and internationally as well?
Yes. We are set up across Germany, and international productions and jobs are possible as well — depending on timing, travel logistics, and the project requirements. Please feel free to send us an inquiry with the relevant details.
